ADV Tarun Chatterjee (B.COM, FCS, LLB (Advocate Calcutta High Court))

Mr. Tarun Chatterjee, the founder of M/S T Chatterjee & Associates, He has extensive experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, collaborations, conducting legal due diligence, ESOP, drafting agreements, rendering opinions on diverse issues under Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, NBFC, and Industrial law.

He also heads the litigation and consultancy team at TCA Corporate Advisors, a sister concern of M/S T Chatterjee & Associates. He is a member of CESTAT, Kolkata Bar Association, and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in the field of Indirect Taxation. Mr. Chatterjee has achieved success in representing numerous corporations before various High Courts, Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), and other departmental authorities. Currently, he is a member of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I), serving on its Indirect Taxes Committee.
